Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering this prize draw. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter: This prize draw is organised and promoted by PARFUM MUSE Limited ("PARFUM MUSE").
1. Prize Provider: Phoenix Beauty is providing the prize for this prize draw.
2. Eligibility:
a. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
b. Employees of PARFUM MUSE, Phoenix Beauty, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Period: The prize draw will run from 9th August 2026 to 17th August 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
5. How to Enter: to enter, all entrants must enter all the requested information in the prize draw form on this page.
6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) signed Billie Eilish Your Turn II 100ml Eau de Parfum bottle. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Winner Selection:
a. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
b. The draw will take place by 19th August 2026.
8. Winner Notification:
a. The winner will be contacted via email within 1 working day of draw.
b. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to email contact within 3 days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and PARFUM MUSE reserves the right to draw a new winner.
9. Prize Fulfilment: The prize will be dispatched to the winner's UK address within 28 days of the winner being confirmed and their details verified. PARFUM MUSE accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in the post.
10. Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. Publicity: By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities relating to the prize draw, which may include the sharing of their winning announcement post (without revealing personal contact information) on PARFUM MUSE's social media channels and websites.
12. Data Protection: Any personal data collected as part of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and PARFUM MUSE's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.parfum-muse.com/policies/privacy-policy).
13. Liability:
a. PARFUM MUSE shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever suffered by any entrant resulting from or in connection with the prize draw or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
b. Phoenix Beauty shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with the administration of this prize draw or the provision of the prize. All queries relating to the prize draw should be directed to PARFUM MUSE.
14. General:
a. PARFUM MUSE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.
b. PARFUM MUSE's decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
c. This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
d. PARFUM MUSE accepts no responsibility for technical failures, platform downtime, or glitches that prevent entry to the prize draw.
15. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
